BBQ Appetizers
I always really enjoy starting a BBQ with an appetizer. Something to eat for your guests while you take care of the main course. And if you invite family and friends for a BBQ, then your BBQ starter should of course also be prepared on the BBQ.
BBQ starters
Whenever I go for BBQ starters, I always take into account the preparation (direct or indirect) and preparation temperature of my main course. It can be difficult if you need a temperature for your BBQ starter that is very high, while your main course must be prepared at 100 degrees. Unless you have several BBQs, of course. Starting with a lower temperature for your starter is easier. After all, it is easier to heat up the BBQ afterwards than to cool it down.
